The owner of the shop, Sunny Kumar told that he is working to take forward the sweets shop that his father had started. To make this jalebi, mix khova and chhena. Making this jalebi is also very easy. If you want, you can make this Jalebi at your home too. For this, first of all heat the milk in a pan or vessel and take out the chhena from it. Similarly, khoya can also be extracted by boiling milk. After preparing chhena and khoya, light flour and soda, cardamom, nutmeg are mixed in it. After this it is first fried in hot oil. In this way jalebi with khoa and chhena is prepared.

200 pieces of Jalebi gets finished in two to three hours
The owner of the shop, Sunny Kumar told that jalebis prepared from khoya and chhena are not made in large quantities. Jalebi is prepared according to the demand of the customers. 200 pieces of Jalebi get finished in two to three hours. They feed the customers at Rs 10 per piece. He told that here Jalebi is not sold at a very high price. In other places, the shopkeepers charge up to Rs. 25 from the customers by giving khoa and chhena jalebi for Rs. 15 a piece or two jalebis in a plate.

why is the price so low
The reason behind keeping the rate low is that the Jalebi here is very famous and people from all walks of life come to eat it. Apart from eating, people also pack and take away. That’s why, taking care of everyone, despite earning less profits, they give to the people. There, daily up to 2 thousand business is done from Jalebi.
